NBC's reality show Fashion Star returns for a second season Friday, March 8, 2013 with mentors Jessica Simpson, John Varvatos, and Nicole Richie, and with Glamour Magazine fashion editor-at-large Louise Roe as host.

Twelve young designers compete to win a multi-million dollar prize of launching their original collections in three of the nation's largest fashion retailers with the return of NBC's Fashion Star Friday, March 8, 2013. Contestants are challenged to design clothing with a certain look, feel and function. As they work in designated teams, the mentors offer insight and advice and oversee production. Finally, in a glitzy fashion show, they will display their work to three buyers: Caprice Willard of Macy's, Terron E. Schaefer of Saks Fifth Avenue and Erika DeSalvatore of Express. Following each episode of Fashion Star, fans will be able to purchase the featured designs at each corresponding retailer.

Barbizon Midwest of Schaumburg Graduate and Model Katrina Hunter will appear on the NBC reality hit series! In addition to shooting a print campaign for GUESS, Katrina booked runway shows during New York Fashion Week. Katrina has also appeared in Italian Vogue, and many other magazines.
